Will I receive college credit?

IDOL courses is not an accredited institution and IDOL courses Academy is not an accredited program.  No college credit is provided, or available, for participation in the program. There are no options for earning an accredited degree related to instructional design or learning development. IDOL courses Academy is an authorized vocational school in the state of Georgia and is a certificate granting institution.

However, IDOL courses Academy is pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute for continuing education credits toward initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This program has been approved for a maximum of 40 points. Education providers who are pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute (ATD CI) are authorized to provide continuing education programs that qualify for initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. Pre-approved providers must offer high-quality programming that has been developed and delivered by subject matter experts.
