What type of computer do you recommend?

We recommend getting the best computer that you can afford. Gaming PCs are a great choice because you don't need to take any extra steps to download industry-standard software, like Articulate Storyline.  Each application has its own requirements- all applications will work on a fairly recent Windows computer. Some applications will work on a fairly recent Macintosh computer, and some will work on a Mac with a Windows virtual machine (i.e. Parallels, VMWare, VirtualBox etc). However, if you have a Mac, you can use Parallels to run Articulate Storyline. You can read about Articulate's FAQs for working on a Mac here. 

While we don't recommend a particular brand, these are the specifications you should consider: 

• at least 16 GB of RAM 
• a 512 GB SSD
• an Intel i5 or AMD A10 processor. 

**A computer that has 32 GB of RAM, a 1 TB SSD, and an Intel i7 or AMD A12 processor would be ideal.
