How can I get paid experience in the Academy?

Paid experiences are contract opportunities through our IDOL Talent.

They're exclusively for IDOL alumni that have

  • earned at least one badge (eLearning or instructional designer)
  • OR
  • already reached their big IDOL goal (gotten a job) #idolmugclub
  • AND
  • You have a portfolio with a minimum of 3 assets

The unique thing about IDOL Talent is that we do not source our candidates outside of the IDOL courses Academy. This means that when we get clients looking for IDOLs, they are looking specifically to work with Academy Alumni.
