1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the IDOL Academy Bootcamp (“Program”), tools, resources, community spaces, or any related products (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access the Program.

2. Program Access

Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to:

  • The full IDOL Academy Bootcamp curriculum
  • The community platform
  • Weekly group coaching sessions (when offered)
  • Level 1–4 IDOL AI training (if included with your package)
  • Any tool trainings included in your subscription
  • Any additional resources identified on the sales page

Because access is immediate, no waiting period applies and all components become available as soon as your purchase is processed.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program and the immediate delivery of all materials, resources, community access, templates, and trainings:

**All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.**

This includes:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • Non-participation
  • Failure to complete or apply the curriculum
  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes, job results, or student performance

You are responsible for ensuring you have the time, capacity, and readiness to participate before enrolling.

4. Subscription Tools

If you choose to add optional subscription tools (e.g., AI tools, software bundles, or other monthly services), you acknowledge:

  • These tools are charged separately.
  • You receive immediate access upon purchase.
  • All tool subscriptions are nonrefundable.
  • Cancelation of tool subscriptions does not cancel your Bootcamp access.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, curriculum, templates, videos, AI workflows, processes, coaching, and community content are the intellectual property of IDOL, LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Share
  • Sell
  • Distribute
  • Teach
  • Repackage
  • Or publicly post

any portion of the Program without written permission.

Your access is for personal and non-transferable use only.

6. Community Conduct

To maintain a productive and supportive environment, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with all participants
  • Not share community posts outside the community
  • Not provide legal, medical, or financial advice to members
  • Not promote external offers, coaching, or services without written approval

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the community. Program access will remain unless the removal is due to harassment, threats, or repeated harmful conduct.

No refunds will be issued for removals.

7. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A compatible device
  • Software required to use the tools and templates

We are not responsible for connectivity or device issues on your end.

8. Coaching & Support

Group coaching sessions are delivered live at scheduled times. You understand that:

  • Sessions may be recorded
  • Replays may be provided
  • Attendance is optional
  • Availability of coaches may vary

The Program does not include 1:1 coaching unless explicitly stated.

9. No Guarantees

We provide tools, instruction, frameworks, and community support designed to help you build your portfolio and increase your readiness for instructional design roles. However:

  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes
  • We do not guarantee income or earnings
  • We do not guarantee specific skill mastery unless you complete the work

Your results depend on your own effort, application, and follow-through.

10. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You agree to pay all installments in full
  • You authorize the payment processor to automatically charge your card on file
  • You agree not to cancel or dispute payments except in the case of confirmed fraud
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to tools or the community

Unpaid balances may be referred to collections.

11. Termination of Access

IDOL, LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access if:

  • Payments fail
  • You violate community guidelines
  • You breach these Terms & Conditions

No refund will be provided.

12. Privacy & Data

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to:

  • Receiving emails related to the Program
  • Receiving communication regarding updates, reminders, or promotions

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDOL, LLC is not liable for:

  • Any losses or damages arising from program use
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Actions or results of other participants
  • Decisions you make based on Program information

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Program.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Updates to Terms

IDOL, LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted, and continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
