Canva info
Canva is a great tool for creating graphical assets. It is easy to use and most people can get started by just "playing around". But, like most things, to be really good with a tool takes practice - and sometimes takes a little help from those who came before you.
Here are some Canva resources recommended by Academy Members:
- Canva has lots of free courses and tutorials in their design school.
- Digital Decluttered - a free "beginners" course offered by a Canva Certified Creative
- Lindsey Hazel YouTube channel has some Canva tutorials that are easy to follow (Kate Zeis)

Canva FAQ from Academy members:
Q: Is it possible to create a personalized color palette with the free version?
A: No - the "brand kit" is part of the paid version of Canva. You can use custom colors (by entering the hex codes) but they cannot be saved in the free version.
